Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya

Ingredients
7 cups 98% fat-free chicken broth3 cups uncooked rice1 stick unsalted butter1 large onion, chopped1 large bell pepper, chopped1/2 celery, chopped1 small can tomato paste1 lb. skinless chicken breast, cooked and pulled froom the bone1 lb. smoked turkey sausage, slicedTabasco, salt, thyme and garlic to taste
Directions
In a medium saucepan, cook rice in the 7 cups of broth until done -- about 25 minutes. While the rice is cooking, melt butter in a large pot. Saute vegetables till crisp tender. Stir in tomato paste and meats and heat through. Stir in cooked rice and season to taste.
