Ingredients
2 fresh or soaked dried dates1 cup blueberries1 cup almond milk3/4 cup water1/2 cup buckwheat flour1/2 cup sprouted or cooked quinoa1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking sodasea salt to taste
Directions
Just blend all ingredients together in a food processor and cook mixture like you would regular pancakes.
