Tuna Croquette

Ingredients
1 tsp canola oil5oz can of tuna1 large egg1/3 c bread crumbsSalt, pepper, paprika to taste
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except for oil
2. Preheat a non-stick griddle or frying pan
3. Form mixture into patties - you can make 5 small ones, 1 big one, whatever you prefer
4. "Fry" patties for about 3-5 minutes - until golden brown and egg is cooked, flipping at least once
