Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 lb Italian sausage. (Normally I'd cut back on calories and use italian turkey sausage, but I calculated it with pork sausage)1 large onion chopped 8 garlic clove, minced1 - 28 ounce can diced tomatoes1 - 12 ounce can tomato paste1 - 8 ounce can tomato sauce2 tbsp dried parsley1 tsp chili powder1 tsp dried oregano2 tsp dried basil3 bay leaves1 tsp salt1 tbsp paprika1 tbsp sugar2 cups water
Directions
Brown sausage with onion. Drain all fat, place in crock pot, with remaining ingredients. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Some crockpots cook high, so you may want to turn it to low after a couple of hours if yours has a tendency to run high.

    I like a really thick sauce so I didnt add the water. i also added chopped zucchini, carrots, and green pepper to sneak in veges.
