Banana Bread

Ingredients
Wet:4 large ripe bananas, mashed1/4 cup brown sugar1/4 cup canola oil1 large or extra large egg1/2 cup vanilla soymilk1/4 teaspoon vanilla extractDry:2 teaspoons baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon cinnamon1 cup whole grain flour1 cup white flour
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine wet ingredients.
3. Combine dry ingedients in separate bowl.
4. Add together wet and dry. Mix.
5. Bake 25 minutes
