Date Nut Squares

Ingredients
2 C pitted dates, chopped1 C raisins2 teas vanilla extract1 1/4 C raspberry preserve2 C walnuts1/2 C oat flour1/2 C barley flour2 teas cinnamon1/3 C agave nectar1/4 olive oil
Directions
Bring to a boil dates, raisins, vanilla, and raspberry preserve then simmer 5 minutes. Meanwhile chop walnuts, add oat & barley flour, cinnamon mix well. Add agave and oil. mix to a cumble. Spread more then half of crust in the bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread date mixture over crust and then sprinkle rest of crumb mixture on top. Bake 25 mins. @ 350.
