Angel Biscuits

Ingredients
2 Packages of dry active yeast1/4 Cup warm water (110 to 115)2 Cups 1% milk with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice warm5 Cups Flour1/3 Sugar2 Teaspoons baking powder1 Teaspoon baking soda2 Teaspoons salt1 Cup Crisco 0 trans fat all-vegetable shortning
Directions
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in milk mixture;set aside.

In a large bowl, combine flour , sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cut in shortening until crumbly.

Stir in yeast mixture,mix well. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface; knead lightly. Roll to a 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with a biscuit cutter. Place on a sprayed baking sheet.

Cover; let rise in a warm place about an hour to an hour and a half. Bake 450 for 8 to 10 min
