Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt (I used organic, full fat yogurt)1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice1 garlic clove, gratedDash saltDash cayenne pepper
Directions
1. First squeeze grated cucumber between paper towels until well drained. Combine all ingredients for sauce and mix well.

2. To serve, spoon about 2 Tbsp. of sauce over each salmon steak. Makes enough for about 5 servings.
