3 tsp brown sugar (I prefer dark brown)1 medium fresh apple1 tsp cinnamonNo cal butter or cooking spray
Core and slice the apple into 16 pieces, give or take. You want them somewhat thin.
Spray a small skillet or pan with the butter or cooking spray. Toss the apple slices, sugar, and cinnamon in over medium high heat.
Cook until apple softens, about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Toss on a plate or in a bowl and enjoy!
