Baked Haddock

Ingredients
2 T. olive oil, extra virgin light1 T. melted margarine3 T lemon juice (fresh)1/4 tsp salt1 tsp basil (dried)1 tsp parsley (dried)dash of dill weedground black pepper, to tasteHaddock - (2) filets or (2) 4 oz servings
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, drizzle over and coat all sides of fish.

Let fish marinate in solution for 45 minutes - 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook for 35-45 minutes in a glass dish or until fish is firm and flakes easily.
