Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 large whole (3" dia) Zucchini, baby, 4 medium Olive Oil, .25 cup Garlic, 3 cloves
Directions
Chop onions and garlic. Saute in oil in skillet. Cook until tender. Add tomato, zucchini, basil (1 tsp), bay leaves (3 leaves) and oregano (to taste, 1 tsp or more). Cook until all ingredients are tender. Serve over whole wheat pasta and grate a hard cheese on top.
