Double Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1/4 cup cocoa1 cup natural cane sugar2 tbsp flax meal1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 mashed bananas2 eggs1/3 cup melted trans-fat free margarine1/4 cup prune puree (baby food jar)1/4 cup milk1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in mixer - add chocolate chips after all other ingredients combined.
Spoon into large muffin cups (makes 12 big muffins).
Place muffin pans into oven IMMEDIATELY turn down heat to 350 degrees.
Bake for 20 mins or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy the best (and healthiest) chocolate muffins you have EVER eaten!
