Sea Bass (fillet), one hot pepper, 1/4 onion sliced, 1/4 cup mango. One pray of oil on the pan. One slied mushroom
Directions
Spray pan with oil. Place fillet on it with sliced onions and hot pepper and mushroom. SPrinke with fish spice if you like it and bake
