Sweet & Spicy Chicken Salad

Ingredients
-12 ounces of cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)-5 Tablespoons fat free mayonnaise-6 Tablespoons barbecue sauce-1/3 Cup chopped onions (can caramelize for fuller flavor)-1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar-1/4 Teaspoon of crushed red pepper-1/4 Teaspoon black pepper-dash of Tabasco sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Storing in fridge overnight will allow flavor to reach its maximum potential. This recipe makes approximately six 1/2 cup servings.
