Maripat's Raspberry Walnut Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 5 oz. pkg. Dole Spring Greens Salad Mix1/2 large peeled cucumber (cut in half lengthwise and then sliced)2/3 c. chopped red onion6oz cooked chicken, cubed or cut in small pieces (can use white or dark or mix of the two)2 TBSP chopped Walnuts1 cup fresh raspberries6 TBSP Wishbone Light Raspberry Walnut Vinegrette
Directions
Makes 4 servings about 2 cups each for lunch, or 2 larger servings for dinner.

Place the greens in a large salad bowl.
arrange the cucumber slices evenly over the greens.
Sprinke the chopped onion on top of cucumbers.
Distribute the cooked chicken on top of the salad.
Distribute the raspberries evenly on top fo the chicken.
Sprinkle with the chopped walnuts.

When ready to eat, toss the salad with the Raspberry Vinegrette dressing.
