One Egg Banana Nut Bread--reduced calorie

Ingredients
* 3 large ripe bananas , well mashed * 1/4 cup Egg Beaters (egg substitute) * 1/2 cup Margarine * 1 1/2 cup of flour * 1/2 cup Splenda Sugar Baking Blend * 1 teaspoon of salt * 1 teaspoon of baking soda * 1 cup nuts, optional
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl; put into a well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for about 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
