Mediterranean Mix: Fresh Raw Veggies Salad & Turkey Ham

Ingredients
4 medium tomatoes, wedged100g green olives, sliced (or black)1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced (or with peel)1 cup green peppers, chopped1/4 raw onion, chopped6 slices turkey ham, strips3/4 cup fresh peas3/4 cup feta cheese (or goat's cheese)ground pepper to taste1tbsp Caesar dressing(Optional: tortilla / rice / served as a side salad)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and finishing with the caesar dressing.

Serve as a side salad, with a cup of cooked rice or flour tortilla.

Best served cold.
