Have the following ingredients lined up in this order:crushed tortilla chips, cooked brown rice, cooked hamburger meat with tomato sacue added, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and picante sauce as dressing. You can add a small amount of fresh coconut to add a sweet taste. Some people add Russian dressing, but it adds too many calories for me.
