Raspberry Granola Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup of sunflower seeds with 2 cups raspberries go into a bowl. Add 1 cup pumpkin seeds, 1 cup pecans, 1 cup almonds, 1 cup shredded coconut to food processor. Grind remaining seeds, coconut and nuts into food processor, pulse until finely ground. Put dates, water, 1 cup raspberries, 1/2 T almond Extract, 1/2 T vanilla extract, 1/2 t salt into Vita-mix and blend. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well blended. Use a 1/4 cup measuring spoon to put on Teflex Sheets for dehydration. Dehydrate until you are ready to eat them and store them, approx. 24 hours. ***Note***You can add raw cacao syrup on top to fulfill your cravings. The calories for syrup are NOT included.
