Lemon juice, 1 tbspBalsamic Vinegar, 1 tbspOlive Oil, 1 1tsp Garlic, 1 clove - grated or chop fineOnions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup [whole] cherry tomatoes - quarteredCilantro, raw, 4 tbspAvocados, California (Haas), 0.5 fruit without skin and seeds
Directions
Mix liquid ingredients in medium bowl or serving dish.
Add each of the following ingredients and stir with each addition.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to overnight before serving.
