Ground Turkey, Green Bean and Brown Rice Casserole

1 Large Onion1 Large Pepper (I use whatever color I have)1 tsp Chopped Garlic2 cups frozen Green Beans1 pkg Extra Lean Ground Turkey 20 oz28-29 oz Diced Canned Tomatos1/2 cup Brown Rice1 1/2 cup Broth (I used veggie)1 Cup Mushrooms1 T Olive Oil1/4 Cup Wine 1 T Basil1/2 T Mrs Dash1 T Maggi2 T Teryaki Sauce1 Bay Leaf
Heat Large Skillet
Add olive oil
Saute Onions until almost translucient
Add garlic, pepper, mushrooms (if fresh)
Cook til onions are translucent
Add ground turkey, brown
Add the rest of the ingredients, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until rice is done.
Enjoy!
