# Summer squash, 2 medium (remove)# Zucchini, 4 cup, sliced (remove)# Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)# Honey, 4 tbsp (remove)# *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)# Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)# Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)# Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)# Salt, 3 dash# Garlic, 1 tsp#Lemon Juice, .25 fl oz
Directions
simmer chicken breasts in water, add garlic, shredded carrots, salt and diced celery.simmer until chicken is fully cooked and you have about 2 cups of broth.pour broth and chicken into a bowl and set aside.add a small amount of broth and brown one red onion cut into thin strips, add broth as needed.when onion is browned add soy sauce, lemon juice.stir and add zucchini and squash.allow to cook until tender, stirring and adding broth as needed.dice chicken breasts and add to mixture.top with honey and stir.allow to cook together another minute and serve.
