Spinach Lasagna with Ground Turkey

12 lasagna noodles (spinach)16 lasagne noodles4 cans Tomato Sauce, No Salt Added1 can Tomato Paste 2 cans of tomato's diced2 cups Water2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce4 cups Spinach, fresh380 grams or 1 pack grated Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 425 gram container Light Ricotta8 tbsp Light 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese35 oz (2 packages) Extra Lean Ground turkey1 cup fresh chopped Parsley6 leaves Basil1 tbsp Chili powder 6 clove Garlic1 tbsp Thyme, ground6 Bay Leafs
Spray medium sauce pan with extra virgin olive oil spray. Brown turkey and set aside.
In a large pot add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, water, Worcestershire sauce, herbs and spices. Let simmer for 1 hour.
In 2 foil pans fill bottoms with marinara sauce. Add 1 layer of noodles and another light layer of marinara. Sprinkle ground turkey, spinach, ricotta, mozza and Parmesan. Repeat 2 more times. The last layer only gets marinara and the 3 cheeses.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 425 for 60 minutes.
Makes 2 deep dish pans. 24 servings.

silly question, I am new to freezing ahead meals, do i cook the lasagna and freeze it? or prepare the two lasagnas, cook one and freeze the other without cooking it???? - 10/30/10

Just cook the one you will be eating that night and freeze the other to cook when you want it. If you choose to cook them both I doubt that would be a problem either. Good luck!
