Ingredients
1 package sugar free Jello orange8 ounces Cool Whip Lite16 ounces low fat cottage cheese2 cans mandarin oranges in water (small can)
Directions
Add all ingredients, but save maybe 5 oranges for the top for display and arrange in a wheel. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 10 servings.

    I love this recipe. I have made it for years. I also add a can of unsweetened drained pineapple chunks. This is real treat when I need to get some pounds off, but need something for my sweet tooth. - 7/20/10
