Broiled Grapefruit

Ingredients
1 Grapefruit2 tbsp honey or maple syrup3 tsp brown sugar
Directions
Scrub outside of grapefruit and cut in half

Separate wedges from shell with a sharp knife, but keep fruit in shell.

Drizzle half of the honey and brown sugar on each half. put into a foil "basket" on a baking sheet.

With the oven at 350, pop into the oven for 15 minutes. To carmelize the sauce, broil for the last couple minutes, but watch to be sure it doesn't burn.

Eat warm!
