5oz uncooked pasta (Rotini works best)4oz cooked shrimp, quartered 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 cup onion, chopped 1 tablespoon Dill Weed salt & pepper to taste
Boil pasta, drain and refrigerate. In a large mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, oil, vinegar, chopped onion, dill weed, cooked shrimp (chopped into bite-size pieces), and toss to coat. Add cooled pasta. Refrigerate and serve. Makes 3-4 servings.
