Simple Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cranberry cookies

Ingredients
2 very ripe bananas, smashed well or pureed1 summer squash, shredded1/3 cup olive oil1 egg2 cups old fashioned oatmealspices like cinnamon, nutmeg, to taste
Directions
Mix all the wet ingredients. Add oatmeal and cranberries. Let sit at least 15 minutes to absorb oil & juices. (I let mine sit in the fridge overnight.)
Take heaping tablespoons into your hands, roll them into a ball, and smoosh onto a greased cookie sheet. They will not spread.
Cook for 13-15 minutes @ 350 degrees. Remove from oven, and take off cookie sheet when cooled off.
