1 egg white1 tbsp water1 lbs bag of walnuts or pecans1 cup sugar1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamondried apples, cut in quartersgolden grahams cereal
beat egg white with 1 tbsp. of water until frothy. Mix in sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add nuts and stir until well-coated. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 200 for 1 hour mixing them every 15 minutes. Remove from oven when nuts are dry and toasted. When cool mix with the rest of the ingredents. Store in an air tight container.
