except for the fact that water (alone) will not give you or your kids the nutrition that is needed to function, grow, and develop properly. Water is needed, but come on we are looking for healthy recipe's to FEED our family nutritional meals. I don't think replacing nutrition with water is healthy! - 10/11/10
