Grilled Chicken Breast with Garlic and Soy

Ingredients
-4 3 oz. chicken breast -w/o skin and thin sliced-5 cloves of garlic - roughly chopped-1 cup of lite soy sauce-1 tsp. of goya adobo seasoning
Directions
-marinate chicken breast with garlic and soy and let it sit for 20 minutes
-heat grill with olive oil cooking spray
- grill chicken til juices run clear
-serve and enjoy!
