Seasoned Rice

Ingredients
3 T. Olive Oil1 c. Chopped Celery1 c. Chopped Onion1 c. Raw Brown Rice2 1/4 c. Chicken Broth, Boiling3 Cloves GarlicSalt, Pepper, Italian Seasoning, Poultry Seasoning to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet.

Sautee celery and onions. Add rice and cook slightly.

Add chicken broth, garlic, and seasonings.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Cook for 25 minutes. Turn off heat and fluff. Let stand for 5 more minutes.

Makes 4 one cup servings.
