1 14oz Jenni O Lean Turkey Kielbasa1 Medium Onion Sliced2 c Frozen Cauliflower1c Fresh Mushrooms Sliced3 Medium Potatoes2 c Fresh Cabbage2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Peel & Slice Potatoes
Place 1 tbsp EVO in Skillet with potatoes. Cook on Med till potatoes begin to soften. Stir frequently
Add Onion slices, Mushrooms, Kielbasa & Cabbage. & other 1tbsp. EVO

Cook until Cabbage becomes soft. Keep Stirring Frequently to avoid sticking
