Mango Papaya Strawberry Blueberry Flax Smoothie

Ingredients
3 cups frozen mixed fruit (mango, strawberry, & papaya mix)3/4 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries 1 (7 oz) carton of greek yogurt 2%2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1/4 cup 2% milk
Directions
Place all ingredients except the flax seed & milk in a blender or food processor.
Pulse until smooth.
During the last minute or so, add in the flax seed & pour in enough milk (up to 1/4 cup) to make smooth & creamy.
Makes 6 equal portions.
