Beef Taco Skillet

Ingredients
1 pound beef (Laura's beef)1 14.4 oz. can diced tomatoes1/2 cup salsa1/2 cup water6 corn tortillas, cut into wedges1/4 cup low-fat grated cheese
Directions
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray . Sprinkle with garlic salt, onion powder . Brown meat. Stir in tomatoes, salsa, water, and tortillas. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes. Top with cheese. Serves 4.
