Apple Oatmeal Bites

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Applesauce (unsweetened)2 Tbsp Apple juice (unsweetened)1 Tbsp Honey1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed1 Tbsp Pecans Finely Chopped 1/4 tsp Cinnamon1/2 Cup Oats
Directions
Mix liquid ingredients together, add dry ingredients and mix until moist. I put them into reusable muffin cups and put them in the freezer.

Great frozen, or take out for a bit before you eat and enjoy cold.
