2 Potatoes, Peeled and cut into large chunks2 Tbsp Butter1/3 Cup Heavy Cream1/3 Cup Milk (I used skim)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender.

Add butter, heavy cream, milk, salt & pepper and mix until smooth.
