Ingredients
1 lb ground pork1lb ground beef2 eggs2 c. bread crumbs3/4 c. onion1/4 c. green pepper1 c. low sodium V8 juice2 tsp. salt1 tsp. pepper1 tsp each basil, oregano, rosemary
Directions

preheat oven to 400

beat eggs slightly, add ground pork/beef (mix lightly) and bread crumbs
add onion and green pepper
add v-8 juice
add spices

do not overmix, loaf is juicier the less it is handled

form into loaf in baking dish, top with v8 juice if desired

bake for 45-50 minutes
