Ingredients
.5 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded.dash Crushed Red Pepper.1 Whole wheat tortilladash garlic powder3 oz. lean ground beef1 tsp. ground oregano1/4 Cup Salsa1/4 Cup Tomatoes
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. Place tortilla in the oven until slightly brown. Brown meat on a dry pan. Mix all spices and 1/4 Cup of salsa. Take tortilla out and top with 1/4 Cup of tomatoes, add meat and sprinkle cheese. Place back into oven until cheese is melted.
