Turkey or Chicken Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 pounds Lean Ground Turkey Breast or Chicken Breast1 C Onion, chopped1/2 C Celery, diced1 Clove Garlic, minced1 C Rice, cooked2 Egg Whites1 1/4 C Tomato Sauce (Sodium- Free)1/2 Tsp Oregano1/2 Tsp thyme1/4 C Parsley, chopped
Directions
1.) Mix turkey, onion, celery and garlic.

2/) Mix all spices together then add to turkey mixture, mix well.

3.) One at a time, add rice, egg whites and 1 C Tomato sauce to turkey mixture and mix well.

4.)Form mixture into oval shaped loaf and place in the center of a non-stick loaf pan. Spread 1/4 C Tomato Sauce on top.

5.) Bake uncovered 1 1/4 hours at 350. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
