1/2 c vanilla (lite) soy milk, or skim milk1/2 c skim milk yogurt1 scoop vanilla protein powder1T soy nut butter (or peanut butter or almond butter)1/2 banana1.5 T cocoa powdercouple cubes of ice (I use frozen bananas and save this step)(sometimes I even add 1T of powdered fiber to sneak more nutritional value in)BLEND & ENJOY!
