1 banana1 cup of strawberries halved1 cup of frozen berries any brand3 6oz lite and fit yogurt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender and enyoy!
Makes four 8oz cups

NOTE:
You can use frozen strawberries if you like,
the frozen fruit is what makes it thick and creamy
