Pancake Batter French Toast

Ingredients
1/4 cup pancake batter3 slices white bread (or any bread you choose)pancake syrup of choicebutter substitute of choicePam cooking spray
Directions
I use only 1/4 cup of pancake batter, and my preferred choice is Fiber One Buttermilk pancake mix. I prepare it as the box dictates (add water), and then I add a little more water until the batter is pretty runny...past the point of anything more than just flat, boring pancakes.

Dip each slice of bread into the batter, pat it into the bread, and place in a frying pan heated to medium and lined in Pam Cooking Spray. Flip as needed, spraying with butter spray (optional) to add a "crispy" and "fried" texture and taste.

Repeat until each slice is complete, smother in syrup (sugar free!!!), and ENJOY!
