Ingredients
2 eggs1 c. sugar1/3 c. butter3/4 c. zucchini or pumpkin1 3/4 c. flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. cloves1/2 c. chocolate chips1/4 tsp. ginger1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions
Cream sugar, eggs and butter. Add mashed zucchini or pumpkin. Mix well. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon into muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
