Coconut French Toast

Ingredients
Bread, mixed-grain (includes whole-grain, 7-grain), 8 slice, large (remove)Egg, fresh, 8 large (remove)Milk, 2%, .5 cup (remove)Stevia, .25 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, .75 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)
Directions
Soak each slice of bread, one at a time, for 1 min.
Coat both sides with unsweetened, shredded coconut
Place on greased baking sheet
Bake for 5 min on each side.
