Creamy Italian Pasta

2 tsp olive oil8 oz. sliced mushrooms1 cup diced tomatoes1 medium zucchini chopped2 cloves minced garlic8 oz cooked chopped chicken breast1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup white wine4 oz light cream cheese12 oz farfalle pasta cooked according package instructions
1. Saute mushrooms and zucchini in olive oil over medium heat until tender, approximately five minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Add tomatoes, chicken, salt, wine, and cream cheese. Continue cooking over medium heat until cheese is melted and sauce is heated through.
2. Mix sauce with pasta and serve immediately. Makes six 1 1/4 cup servings.
