Tuna noodle alfredo casserol

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Wide Noodles, 8 ozWater, 2 cupsChopped OnionAlfredo Sauce (Light) Ragu, 2 cupTuna, Canned in Water drained, 1 can Broccoli, frozen, 1 packageMushrooms, canned drained, 8 oz Parmasean cheese, 1/4 cup
Directions
Boil the noodles in 2 cups of water for 3 minuets, do not drain. Saute Onions add to noodles. Add rest of the ingredients to the noodles, Season to taste I added black pepper, garlic and salt free all purpose seasoning, cook on medium heat for 10 min. Let sit with lid on for 2 minuets. Top with parmasean cheese.

The broccoli can be subsitituted for any veggie you have available.
