Frozen Peanut Butter Pudding "Pie"1 Cup Powdered/Confectionary Sugar, unsifted1 block (8-ounces) Light Cream Cheese1 Cup Natural-Style, Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter (regular creamy may be substitued for "Natural")1 Can (14-ounces) Fat Free, Sweetened Condensed Milk1 tub (8-ounces) Frozen, Lite or Fat Free Cool Whip10 Double-Stuff Oreo Cookies - Crumbled (or more to taste)1 Cup Chocolate Syrup (perferred Hershey's)
Pudding Pie Mixture:
Combine the first 3-ingredients in a large bowl; beat with a hand mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add the condensed milk and beat until blended. Stir in the thawed whipped topping.
Crush Oreo cookies in a ziplock bag with a mallot or rolling pin.
Layer 1/3 of the Pudding "Pie" in a freezable tub/container, add 1/3 of crushed Oreo cookies and 1/3 of Chocolate Syrup; continue layering; ending with chocolate syrup. Place container in freezer; thaw slightly before serving.
This recipe is DOUBLED; will make 2 containers (1/2 gallon)
