Summer Harvest Potato Casserole

Ingredients
2lbs red potatoes, cut into 1/8ths2 small zucchini, sliced2 small yellow squash, sliced2-3cups of cherry tomatoes cut into halves1tbsp +2tsp garlic, diced1/2 cup sliced onion1/2 large red bell pepper, sliced1/2 large yellow bell pepper sliced1/2 cup parmesanFavorite sesoning, to taste (I recommend penzey's pasta sprinkle)
Directions
mix all ingrediants in a large mixing bowl making sure that everything is evenly coated with oil.

Put everything in a casserole dish and place cheese on top. Bake @450 for 25min
