Heather's homemade lasagna

Ingredients
1.5lb Italian Sausage (we use half mild, half hot)1/2 box lasagna noodles1# mozzerella cheese1.5# ricotta cheese6 cups (2 cans) tomato sauce1/2 can diced tomatoes1 diced carrot2 cups diced green bell peppers1 diced onion2 large eggs
Directions
Makes 1- 8x10 pan, about 12 servings.

brown sausage and drain.
meanwhile, chop veggies and cook lasagna noodles.
mix eggs and half of mozzerella into ricotta.
mix half of the pasta sauce with the veggies and drained sausage.
layer noodles, ricotta and sauce mixture in even layers, starting with the 1/2 of the un-mixtured sauce, then noodles, then ricotta, then mixed sauce and veggies, etc. top with rest of unmixed sauce, and a sprinkle of mozzerella.
bake at 350 degrees for 1hr, covered.
