Southwestern Squash Casserole

Ingredients
olive oli 2 Tgarlic 1 clove2 small yellow squash, cut into slices2 small zucchini, cut into slices10 3/4 can of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup1 yellow onion8 ounces canned green chili3/4 ears of corn8 ounces chedder cheese
Directions
Saute onion, garlic and squash in oil. Stir in green chilie and corm.

Layer veggies, tortillas and cheese in a 9x13x2 casserole dish. Poor soup over tops and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes/

    I'd love to try this recipe--Do you mnean 10-3/4 oz can of cream of mushroom soup? Do you mean 3 to 4 ears of corn or 3/4 of an ear of corn? I didn't see tortillas on your ingredient list but I noticed they are in the recipe instructions. What kind of tortillas? How many tortillas - 8/13/10
